If the user no longer wants to collaborate with us or be contacted by us, their data will still be stored, but only to ensure that no further contact is made accidentally. If users consent to the company’s privacy policy to enable contact to be made, they can revoke their consent in whole or in part at any time in writing or by email with future effect. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally sent to a Google Server in the USA and stored there. If the IP anonymisation function on this website is activated within member states of the European Union or other signatories of the treaty creating the European Economic Area, however, Google will abbreviate your IP address beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plug-ins (Like button)

Plug-ins from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) are integrated in our pages. The Facebook plug-ins can be recognised by the Facebook logo and the ‘Like’ button on our page. An overview of the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.  When you visit our pages, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This sends Facebook the information that you have visited our website from your IP address. If you click the Facebook ‘Like’ button while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to assign your visit to our website to your user account. We point out that as the provider of the pages we are not aware of the contents of the data transmitted, nor of the use that Facebook puts it to. More information can be found in the Facebook privacy policy at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

Privacy policy for the use of Google social plug-ins

We use the ‘+1’ button from the social network Google Plus (also Google+), which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (‘Google’). The button can be identified by the sign ‘+1’ on a white or coloured background. When a user visits a page from this website that contains this kind of button, the browser establishes a direct connection to the Google servers. The contents of the ‘+1’ button are sent by Facebook directly to your browser, which embeds it in the website. We therefore have no control over the scope of the data that Google collects with the button. Google says that no personal data is collected if the button is not clicked. Personal data, including the IP address, is only collected and processed for logged-in members. For information about the purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by Google, as well as your rights and optional browser settings to protect your privacy, please refer to Google’s privacy policy for the ‘+1’ button: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html. If you are a member of Google+ and do not want Google to collect data about you via this website and connect it with your membership data stored at Google, you must log out of Google+ before visiting this website.

Privacy policy for the use of Xing plug-ins (Share button)

Our website uses the ‘XING Share button’. When you visit this website your browser establishes a brief connection to servers of XING AG (‘XING’), which provide the functions of the XING Share button (in particular the calculation/display of the tracker value). XING does not store any personal data about your visit to this website. In particular XING does not store IP addresses. Cookies are also not used in connection with the XING Share button to analyse your use of the site. The latest information on data privacy and the XING Share button and additional information can be obtained from the following website: https://www.xing.com/app/share?op=data_protection

Privacy policy for the use of YouTube

We use the provider YouTube to embed videos. In line with most other websites, YouTube uses cookies to collect information about the viewers of videos. Among other things, YouTube uses cookies to collect reliable video statistics, to prevent fraud and to make its services more user-friendly. Further details about the use of cookies at YouTube can be found in the YouTube privacy policy at: http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy_at_youtube.

Log files

Every time our website is visited, the Internet browser sends and stores data about the user in special packages known as server log files. The data sets in the log files contain the following data: date and time of visit, name of page visited, IP address, referrer URL (URL of the website from which you came to the gADmore! website), volume of data transferred, product and version of the browser used. Subject to any statutory archival obligations, users’ IP addresses are deleted or anonymised at the end of the session. If they are anonymised, the IP addresses are altered so that personal or functional information can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person without expending an unreasonable amount of time, costs and work. We analyse these anonymised log file data sets to improve our online offering and make it more user-friendly, to find and repair faults faster and to manage server capacities. In addition, analysing log file data enables us to find and rectify any errors on our website faster.

Important notice on email correspondence/notice on data security

It cannot be ruled out that unauthorised parties may gain access to the information transferred and even falsify it. We will then be happy to send you the requested information by post or fax.

In accordance with Sections 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are as service providers not obliged to monitor third-party information that has been sent to us or stored by us or to investigate it for any indications of illegal activity. This applies particularly to the processing, translation, storage, modification and retrieval of contents in databases or other electronic media and systems. Third-party contents and rights are identified as such. The unauthorised reproduction or forwarding of individual contents or complete pages is not permitted and is punishable by law.
